I received my order on time in excellent packing condition and item looks as described. But I was disappointed they send the wrong power adapter for the laptop computer after contacting seller he responded ifficiently as per customer service. They gave me two options $50.00 refund or full refund, but because i already setup the computer and the battery die I could not factory reset for a refund because they will charge me 20% restocking fee so i accept the $50 refund. Great customer serv. thanks
