  It was labeled parts controller but it came worse than described but only due to poor packaging (the screw terminal was crack). While I do wish it had been a bit better packaged the thing that mattered to me was on the inside and the price is still fair as is. The parts inside were still as described so no stars lost, I just like being honest.

  Giving this a positive because the card arrived still in described condition; however, it took eternity to arrive (14+ days from the order date to delivery; which the seller has no ultimate control over but it was ultimately quite late); along with the packaging being rather poor. A sturdy envelope would be a possible suggestion because it was actually 'opened' somewhat when it got to me; enough for anyone to see the contents of the envelope.
