  I cannot say enough good things about Victoria and Derek. Wonderful buying experience with these sellers. Not only did they respond to all of my questions, they gave me a great deal, and you could tell they really cared about the item going to a good home. My owls were shipped out lightning fast, packaged meticulously to arrive safely (seriously the most thorough packaging I’ve ever seen), and even cuter than described!   This was an extraordinary, exceptional transaction - it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Super value for price, packaging, fast shipping (which your algorithms seems to prefer). But how to quantify the CARE with which this seller took with this transaction? I received a beautiful painting (yes, exactly as described & a great value) but it felt like it had been wrapped with the care and desire to make me feel that I was opening a gift from a family member.   This purchase was one of those where it’s better than what you saw on the website! I ordered it on Thursday and got it on Saturday! Shipping was very reasonable and fast.
