  Couldn’t be happier. Seller returns messages quickly, explained all my questions and provides more pictures right away. Packaging was amazing! Tons of bubble wrap and the rappel rack was positioned perfectly in the middle of the box.  I can appreciate this level of detail when it comes to shipping because I am trusting my life to this device.
