It was brand new in an unopened bag and had the very distinct smell of having been in a warehouse (which I love because you know it's brand new). Perfect condition!   Shipping was as fast as it could be I guess, delayed not the sellers fault, packaging maybe the reason the lettering on my hoodie was cracked and worn when posted as new. The seller worked with me and we came to a fair compromise. Very reasonable seller, who works with consumers to meet their needs. I would buy again any day. You can’t get sellers this mature and open anymore. Value was good as the seller corrected it. Once again thank you!!

  Item was received very quickly and exactly as described. Unfortunately, they did not fit, and I had to return. There was a delay with USPS getting the item returned back to the seller; however, the seller was very patient and communicated very well with me throughout the process. Seller sent refund immediately upon receipt of return package. I would highly recommend this seller.
