  It says NEW but the box was already open, on both sides. There was some damage on the box but that could be from shipping. The packaging was quite poor. The box had a loose flap that was open when I received it. The card itself looks good. I was expecting a NEW UNopened item.

  This is NOT the sellers fault, but I never got the items due to UPS refusing to deliver to a PO Box. Seller was easy to communicate with and promptly issued a refund because of said shipping issues. Once again, NOT SELLERS FAULT. Everything else was pleasant to deal with.
