Our products are ‘’Open Box’’ products, Open Box are brand new, sometime it’s only the packaging is too damaged or item has few very minor scratches to sell it as new in retails store. They are in 100% working condition and are then sold as ‘’Open Box’’ product. We also have “Used” products, the wear of each item is described in the listing, they are in 100% working condition and are then sold as ‘’Used ’’ product.

Seller could include tracking number or send communication/confirmation of shipment to ensure customers are aware of delayed shipping from CA to US in the future.

    Great packaging and fast shipping. However, Frame was incorrectly described as a 2018 model. It was a 2016, which was confirmed by YT Industries. I am leaving a positive review because Seller accepted return without issue.
