    Kelly was very fast and efficient to respond with info on shipping. Items were laser discs and were packed very well to prevent damage from the delivery process. Item was shipped to the wrong address and Kelly responded very quickly and sent me a photo from the delivery driver of where it was dropped. Shared important information with me in case it couldn't be found. The delivery driver delivered it to the address across the street from me. Would definitely use this seller again! Super happy!

    The good: fantastic price & item box conditions better than I originally thought based on picks. Also, I was shipped exactly what was advertised. The bad: expensive shipping, tightly packed into a thin box w/ little to no protection inside. Somehow the U.S. post office didn't smash this one so no problems for me but I can foresee future shipping issues if this is seller's M.O. Thanks for the good deal & accurate representations!

    The item was packed safely and shipped super fast! the seller went the extra mile and upgraded the shipping at no cost to me just so the package would need to be signed for! My Space Ace cabinet came just as pictured and was priced very reasonably. I'm extremely happy with the Consignment Shack and will definitely buy from them again!
