  I ordered a snow globe, but even though it was a glass product, it was not properly packaged and the glass globe was broken when it was delivered. Also, even though I requested a refund, they only refunded half of it. Why on earth do I have to pay half the price when I just ordered and paid?

  Another eBayer, lying about their order. Truth is, the snowglobe was package very well. The package was going to China I believe, international order. The snowglobe was destroyed because of the increased handling and sorting done. I refunded my whole part, buyer was instructed to get ahold of ebay for a full and complete refund, since I have never had issues with International Orders and they have extra fees.
