    The listing states the dimensions are “approximate.” The emblems I received were 1.5 inches shorter than stated. That’s a large deviation from advertised length. When I contacted the seller, the response was, “if you don’t like it, send it back.” Two days later I also received a response blaming me for “not understanding” the description. I can read English and use a tape measure just fine. The real issue is the seller doesn’t “understand” the definition of “approximately” and doesn’t care.

    I replied that the listing says ‘approximate’, which means it is close to actual but not completely accurate or exact. This is due to multiple listings with various 2 or 3 numbers so the size will vary according to which numbers you order.This is proportionately scaled up using a CAD program. I offered to create an exact model based on customers exact measurements, or a refund if he wanted to return the original item. No response except for this negative review
