    I received a beautiful pair of shoes, but not the ones I ordered. They were 3 sizes too small. I contacted the seller to exchange them and never got a response. I waited a week, then contacted eBay to return them, as they are not the correct item. I understand mistakes happen, and I was more than happy to handle this directly with the seller. But the fact that they never contacted me to fix their mistake is a bummer. Buyer beware.
