Reached out and asked about status and was told they were on vacation and would ship the following day. Never shipped, its been over a month now and I have reached out 4 more times with no response and seller has not refunded purchase. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this seller...... very disappointing, all they had to do was apologize and refund and all would have been fine, but instead they just ignore.

Instead of returning the full order I suggested either a partial refund or that I would take a different card they had listed at $10, much less than 30% of my order ($35ish), just to be nice. They said they would send the card and after 10 days of nothing I see they sold the card instead. I also sell on ebay and would never treat someone this way. I contacted ebay and they were aware of the return case and they got it done and the free card was going to be shipped. the card could not me shipped on sunday or Martin Luther King Day.
