  I am sorry you were so disappointed. Although I may not be an expert on books i do know the difference between a hardcover and a paperback, as a reseller i have no control over the materials the publishers use. I did weigh the book with my scale and that is what USPS charges based on weight, my profits are minimal after you deduct the COG's my time and gas to provide my customers the most savings possible. And so far have had absolutely no problems or complaints shipping with bubble mailers.
