I expected to be able to write the above sentence, but here's what I didn't expect: an incredibly helpful and prompt seller who went the extra mile. I had mistakenly ordered the item twice and didn't realize it until some 36 hours later. By the time I contacted the Blue Nose Shop, they had already dropped off the package for shipping. However, they quickly cancelled the order for me and issued a refund. Kudos!
