  the blind itself looks great and works well where this company really shone was their customer service, the first blind i received was snapped in the middle and box was ripped but i 100 per cent belive the delivery company was to blame as it had to reloaded onto the van as wasnt deliverd when stated. After contacting the seller and providing pictures they straight away offered a replacement or a refund and received the replacement blind super fast so overall would recomend for greatprice/service

  Not happy with the service I got even though I made a mistake with measurements tried to message them a few times before it was despatched but it took them 2 days which by then it was to late to change things, I also was not happy in that I had to pay for return which it says returns excepted within 14 days but found out you now have to pay that yourself,it cost me 23.99 and to post it back would have cost me a further 13.00 so I put it in the bin as it was no use to me won't use a third time!
