  I ordered 3 sets of 4 liners (12 total), and I received a shipment of 9 that were ok, 3 that were frayed and 1 that was too short. I contacted the seller and he responded right away with an apology and correction. He quickly sent out 7 more liners that I received a week later. So, bottom line, the liners are thinner than I expected, but the seller was very responsive and sent me 3 extra liners:)

  I made a purchase under the impression it was new. When I received it the box was missing a part and had been visibly used. There was hair stuck in the wheel and scratches on different areas. The seller was quick to mail out the item, however shipping was over $70. I reached out to the seller with the concerns and they were under the impression that everything was new and in the box. They did not verify this prior to selling. They gave a $20 refund for the issue and would not take a return.
