Item even though bulky was very well packaged and protected with foam padding. Item arrived via UPS in perfect condition.     Item was as described online. Extremely well packed and arrived in pristine condition. Good value as far as Jura Capresso branded products go. Shipping was slower than indicated, but not as a result of the seller, but while in transit with USPS. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
