When I reached out for a time frame they advised their system never got the order and they would get it shipped out the following Monday which was fine, i still wanted what I had ordered regardless of the wait. A week and a half later it still hadn't shipped, i reached out again and no response so I started a ticket with ebay just in case they never send it. Super disappointed bc I wanted to order from this company.
