  The coffee mugs were exactly as described, ver nice and securely packaged. Shipping cost was great but the items were not shipped for about 12 says after the order was placed and I don't know why. Once they were shipped they arrived in just a few days. I was just about to message the seller because I was concerned.

  Beware of seller. Poor communication, poor packaging despite charging $20 for shipping. Ordered product on 2/18 and didn't receive it until 3/11. I messaged them asking where my order was, to which they never replied. Had to reach out to Ebay to intervene. Finally I received product, no communication from seller acknowledging how late they were on shipping. Product was poorly packaged, in a dirty box and broken. Seller didn't respond or acknowledge my issue, escalated to Ebay to be issued refund

  Use Caution with this seller. There has been more than one serious problem, all of them avoidable. The most egregious issue is that the seller did not disclose the very obvious damage to the glass - there is a large area of damage from sandpaper or a grinder. Failure to disclose the damage is unacceptable, but even more problematic is that I messaged the seller twice - 5 days ago and 1 day ago - and the seller has not responded. Also, it took seller 9 days to ship despite the exorbitant fees.
