  The seller took several days to respond about shipping costs, which were extremely high. The items came with the original styrofoam, but one case was missing a side of styrofoam. Two of the three houses had a visible chip, so I would not consider them excellent condition like advertised. The extra accessory was hidden inside one of styrofoam boxes along with the cord, not wrapped or protected.
