  I asked for the cover like the one in the picture size 12x12 they sent me something different. Then made a statement that the covers they sell are for real pools. Customer service is a little off on this .....

  Sent you EXACTLY what you ordered. a 12 ft round cover with 4 ft OVERLAP as described in listing for securing around pool. you have a portable soft wall pool and did not take this into account and expected an exact 12 foot round cover without overlap. you previously used tarps, since you cannot find mesh covers for your unknown brand of pool. buyer made a mistake & then tried to say we sent the wrong size, threw a cover in a box loose, etc.
