    Disappointed that the buyer didn't reach out to me before leaving this feedback. I offer free returns, or would have given a partial refund, and the buyer could have kept the item, however, they chose not to request either and instead left negative remarks. The buyer sent me a picture after I requested and showed stains that were not present on the listing photos. When trying to resolve the issue w/buyer, they chose to not request a return or refund and instead leave their negative review as is.
