  Have not received this item as of yet, tracking says that no carrier is found but it says it was delivered but actually never received it, contacted seller they say it shows delivered and when I told them I hadn't they gave me a phone number to call but not able to get ahold of them yet.

  Dear sir /Madam, As you aware, Package reach your town and they cannot find your place. Its mean your provided address was wrong. How ever we provided local delivery company contact number to ask about your package and provide them your correct address. please try to contact courier company again and we'll try to contact them also.
