Just got the Zk-as21p in and it's great, definitely a Noticeable improvement over the regular as21. There are 2 versions of the as21p, the integrated version(not pictured) and the cable version, I wanted the integrated version and asked the seller if I could have that instead and they quickly responded with a picture of the version I wanted and sent the correct version aswell. The part came, there was no damage to the package and it didn’t appear to be any damage to the part. However, it didn’t travel in an anti static bag so the part did not work properly. It would not power up the fridge I purchased it for. I sent seller and a message and they gave me a full refund. Item was not as advertised, then l tried to get item returned but buyer didn't want to spend the money for return and began bickering in drag out back and forth email communication that kept stalling out. They are not selling what they are advertising. Device shown has two button for greater control but what they actually send is a one button , the only reason l purchased it was because l believed l was getting the better version for the price, Don't buy
