  My overall experience with the seller was positive despite the fact that I requested to return the item for a refund. The seller shipped the item very quickly, it arrived in good order as described. I was not happy with the vacuum performance. The vacuum itself did not live up to the Bissell description. Seller responded same day and promptly issued a full refund. Seller's actions showed me that he is an honest, reliable seller. Word of advice tho-stay away from this particular Bissell vacuum.
