AVOID. I ordered a shirt at the beginning of December and messaged the seller after the new year about my item. Over a week later still haven’t heard anything and still haven’t received my item on Jan 9. Communication and shipping time is the worst. I’ve experienced on eBay. As far as the item description I wouldn’t know because I still haven’t got my $30 T-shirt. Contacting eBay customer support

The shipment did not go out and upon inquiry, it was explained to me that it got lost in the mail. The seller seemed relatively ho hum about that. A new package came several days later using the exact same original tracking number. I was told by USPS that absolutely does not happen for a new shipment. I was left with a very unsatisfied feeling as if I were lied to and the seller just forgot to send out my item and then said it was lost in the mail. Dog ate my homework.
