  The transaction was smooth and we received the saddle quickly, well packaged and in good condition. Our only complaint is that it was advertised as a 15" saddle and we believe it is only a 14 or 14 1/2 inch saddle. It is too small for my husband, but is a nice saddle and we think we can sell it to a friend and recoup our money without having to return it and lose money on shipping it back. We have yetto complete that transaction, but it is in the works. Disappointed, but part of buying online
