  My March 21 order was delivered on March 29, 2025 in very good shape, no visible damage. It is being installed now and I will report on how it runs once it is hooked up. Great communications from the American Direct Supply personnel who always answered my questions promptly when I inquired. I would recommend this company to other people and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies I researched.

  Ordered two RTU's ordered duct work for the specific models. Sell shows items shipped today with no tracking. A few hours later they refund my order and state they were damaged... My guess is they never had them and had the posting up thinking that they did. They offered to replace with a unit that cost $1500 more....I would encourage to use a more ethical company. Also listing is still active so someone else can order one and yet they will not have it....SMH

  We do apologies that your systems were damaged during transport. Unfortunately we cant control how our carriers handle the equipment. We have issues a full refund for your order since the units were damaged beyond use. You ordered the last two 410A systems Unfortunately they are no longer being manufactured so the only solution we had for you was to offer the New 454B. Due to the Manufacture cost we could not offer them to you for the same price as the 410A. The 410A Listing is Out of Stock

  Item was 6 days late. I was told it would be ther by date and it was 6 days after that date.i had multiple calls and emails they did little to no help. I had to talk to a trucking broker and 2 different trucking companies. That they deal with.they forced the trucking company to give a hundred dollars discount. But ther company did nothing to try to ease my unhappiness. Little to no accountability on ther end. But they told me everything I needed to hear to make the sale.horrible customer service

  We do apologize for the Delay caused by our Freight partner during memorial Weekend. We are working hard with our freight partners to make sure all shipments arrive on time. We are happy to hear the sales agent was able to get a solution for the delay and offer a $100 refund.

  There was no tracking info for this 400lb item that cost $4000 which i thought was ridiculous HOWEVER, i messaged the seller they responded immediately and provided the info. I then realized as the unit was in transit that e-bay had my old number on file. I again messaged the seller they responded immediately and gave the driver or the transport company my new number. the delivery went smoothly it arrived early and works perfectly. I would definitely do business with this seller again. thanks

  Freight Company damaged the goods but Alex at American Direct Supply made sure everything was taken care of. His communication and service was exceptional. I would certainly use them again.
