    This seller went ABOVE and BEYOND. Responded to my message immediately - it was Friday and I was requesting an overnight delivery. Seller even called UPS and FedEx to see who might be able to guarantee the delivery. The crystal was packed up and scanned in at UPS in two hours. Amazing. The seller did everything right - UPS didn't deliver it until Monday (not Saturday) but that was them NOT the seller. Crystal was packed perfectly and thrilled a friend having a birthday.
