I received this item and a week later went to set it up and it gave me a blue screen error and shut down refusing to turn back on and I contacted the seller to get a return label asking if they wanted it back and explained the situation. I needed this for work after all and they immediately sent out a replacement. I have no idea what to do with the one that didn't work will try to return it if it can be fixed that would be great but sending a replacement out was amazing on the sellers part TY
