Now, this company has the returned cleaner we paid for & our money. it has been over a month we are still waiting for our money refunded or the item back. We have contacted seller 2x but they do not reply back. I would not buy from this vendor. This is very bad business practice.

Seller created a ticket with Fedex, which automatically generates a tracking number. That does not mean that the item has shipped! As of 6/7 (5 days later), they still have not given the item to Fedex for shipment! I have written to the seller 3 times and received no response. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company to prevent this merchant from stealing my $1500!
