  Factory labeled the phone wrong. All decals said it was a 512gb, but it was only a 128gb. I messaged the seller and they got back to fast. They said I could return the phone for the right one or they would give a refund for the price difference. I choose to keep the phone and take the refunded money back. Great customer service.

  Galaxy Note 20 brand new in sealed box arrived exactly as advertised. Packaging was a little light protection wise but factory box held up ok and shipping was very fast. Overall very pleased so far though I'm still transferring everything from the old phone. I expect everything will be fine but time will tell.
