  The wrong item was shipped. We ordered a hedge trimmer and received a chainsaw. Have reached out to seller multiple times over last 5 days. They finally replied that they were sorry they shipped the wrong item. Didn’t say whether they were going to send the correct item or anything else. Very disappointed.

  I received the pole saw, but the package was open and dismantled, which suggested that it had been used. I contacted the seller and returned the item, but I later received a message stating that the return label address does not exist. As of now, I have not received my refund.

  Hello, I received this item but in the original ad it shows that 2 batteries come with it. the description also says 2 batteries. I only received one battery. I contacted seller and he stated that it only included one battery. The ad is deceptive. If it is not going to include 2 batteries then don't list it as such or provide the other battery.
