    The bridges were received in a timely manner and were exactly as described (new and unopened box). They were priced a little above MSRP, but the manufacturer was out of stock, and they are hard to find right now. We needed them quickly so were willing to pay a bit extra. Shipping was included, so that helped. I would buy from this seller again.

I was installing in my parents house and we had a miscommunication regarding what was included.
