Seller took care of this matter immediately upon being contacted, issuing a full credit and insisted that I keep the defective unit instead of returning it. I ordered a replacement as this was no fault of the seller. I haven't received the replacement yet, but I am hopeful that it will not have any issues. Excellent communication and customer service.   Box was a little beaten up, as described in the order. Someone had popped the hub out of the plastic bag, but other than that, the hub was in working condition. Shipping was a little eccentric, as USPS stuffed it into the mailbox and nearly caused me to panic when Ebay marked the shipment as complete, but other than that, everything worked out fine.
