  Ordered a telescopic ladder on Jan 22, received a screw on Feb 5. Filed a complaint on Feb 6. Days passed, and I was asked to provide photos of what I received but was not given an email address to send them to until February 11. I sent the photos via email on February 12. Later, I received another message on eBay requesting the photos again. Finally, got a refund on Feb 15. Appreciate the resolution, but the overall process was frustrating and time-consuming. Needs better communication.
