    Item was received in new condition as stated. Communication was excellent. Item A25 did not work correctly with my carrier (Tracfone). Spoke to the seller about the issue and they were happy to help me. They promptly issued me a return label for the first phone I purchased. At that time I bought a different phone from them and received it very fast. After i sent the original purchase phone back they were very fast to refund my money.
