    It was a normal transaction with seller being very prompt to ship after my quick payment. Problem was USPS with NO FAULT being with the seller. It was shipped on the 23rd of Aug, from the west coast, took five days to get to the east coast, then took 12 days (one of them being a Holiday) to travel around Florida to finally being delivered on the 8th of Sept. Thank goodness the seller packaged the laptop and power adapter extremely well as there was NO damage. Works perfectly, will buy again! A+

    I ordered this computer system as a used item and was surprised to find how it actually looked. It was like new. I knew the specs on and they were really good for the price. The computer as packaged really well in bubble wrap and could not have been damaged during shipping which sometimes occurs. The shipment was a little slow but it is Christmas after all and arrived only a couple of days late. I would definitely buy from the seller again..
