    Item was packaged well with each piece individually wrapped. No complaints except a small mix-up with the listing. As such, a non-Max motherboard was sent with the only difference being the absence of a clear CMOS button. The seller responding quickly and owned up to the mistake made by a staffer. I was offered a refund or discount for the missing part. Seeing as this was not a deal breaker, I opted to take the latter. Overall, I am satisfied with the resolution and would buy again in the future

    I had an issue with the laptop, and the seller reached out to me to offer a solution. They provided a refund that was more than i thought it would be. In my opinion they went above what you typically see on eBay for a resolution and that s what really counts. I ll admit i didn t reach out to them about the problem, i figured they wouldn t care, but i was wrong. It s always a gamble on eBay but in this case i should have given them more benefit and reached out to them first. Honest people here.
