  Initially upon receipt none of the lights worked at all. Rust exists on each hanger, which seems to indicate these are not new lights. Seller immediately responded to message, and offered an immediate exchange. I have chosen to keep the lights as they are since I did manage to get them to work. Important thing here is seller immediately went to work to make things right, and I thank the seller for doing so.
