    Never received item. It was marked as shipped within a day of purchasing, and 3 weeks later still as only label created status. When I reached out to the seller, they said there was a delay due to the hurricanes, but I am in Arkansas, not near the coast and the seller showed up as in Colorado. No hurricane there. Then tracking changed and I was promised it would arrive in a few days. 2 more weeks and I finally requested a refund. I actually don’t think this seller ever actually posted my product

    I ordered this mask on 10/8/24 with a delivery timeline of no later than 10/15. I still do not have the mask and the seller has been vague about the shipping. I now have an incomplete costume and don't have time to have another one shipped to me before I need it. HORRIBLE experience.
