Both the box and the tripod makes me think that this thing has never been used, but has been stored with care for the past five decades. Really happy to get it. The only negative thing, was that the US government slappe a tariff of $20 onto the purchase. That is not your fault, of course, and you did communicate that accurately.in your description of the item.
