    Bose QC45 headphones were listed as NEW. I assumed that meant unopened & still manufacturer sealed as eBay describes. The item I received had been torn open & re-taped at the top of the sleeve on both sides. Seller did not mention this in listing. The item looks okay but NEW is NEW. This was New-Opened Box at best! BUYER BEWARE. Transparency is key!! I would have stopped bidding earlier & paid a lower price if I had known this was going to be an Open Box "No Way To Prove It's Not Used" item.

    Seemed like an good deal until it arrived substantially incomplete (handheld controller,counterweight and CWbar missing). My best estimate to replace these items is about $200. Seller claimed to have video evidence that all was shipped, so it must have been lost in shipment. Seller charged $75 for shipping. I asked about insurance on this. Seller did not respond! I contacted the carrier and was told that the seller had restricted me from this claim. I messaged seller about this, got No Response!
