    Hello, the negative feedback was originally directed at the order date and shipping date being 4 days apart, then the item was miss placed by delivery service adding days and days to received date while customer was waiting on his parts. Contacted seller and all was resolved, no item was shipped, received in timely manner, parts as described and great item.seller action 100% approval.

    Quality, condition, value , and appearance an all-around great experience. FedEx delivered my package to our house about 4 miles away. When I contacted the shipper. He told me to contact FedEx and if I needed any help after that. He would handle it. Tim is a standup guy hope to do more business with him. You’re in good hands when you buy from Tim. Three days later, a lady brought my package to my house, said FedEx threw it over the fence.

    The project is exactly as expected. Great value. I also wanted to share that I entered the incorrect shipping address. When the order is placed the address is not able to be changed. I contacted the vender and they were very helpful and made the address change and I received the product at the correct location.
