  Item exactly as described, and initially a good value. With no guild from part of the seller, customs apprehended the card, and i had to pay double it's price to deliver. It was my 1st time this ever happened, and don't think I will do this craziness ever again. Packaging is think it was the customs replacement, not really sure, and my shipping experience was delayed, and expensive!
