  Unfortunately the item arrived broken, but these things happen. This was still a positive experience in my view, necause when I sent this seller a message explaining the situation with a picture of the remote, they quickly responded and offered a refund.   Sellers weren't able to find the item I had purchased but reached out very quickly to apologize and let me know. Offered a refund or to swap with another item they had, and I picked swap. Came very fast after that and the tape was very well packaged. So while it sucks I didn't get that one tape, seller has fantastic customer service, communication, and integrity.
