They did not provide any tracking data until I asked when my package was late. They then gave me the data and it arrived at the new expected time, a week late. This was when I discovered that they had sent the wrong bag (they sent the Rin/Len bag). When I messaged them about this, they offered a 1/8th refund and then didn't reply to my messages. Had to get a refund through Ebay. Do not recommend this seller.
