Very fast ship. But hardener was not in shipment. I requsted it be shipped, but was offered a $5.00 refund. I explained that the resin was useless w/o hardener....please ship hardener. A full refund was made, but much time wss lost. I had to find hardener on my own. So the eventual price came out in my favor. But this not the kind of customer service I expected
