  I ordered a swimming pool heater (the picture wasn’t that when I bought it), but received a drain pump instead. The box came soak wet and product outside the plastic bag. I opened a return case but chose the wrong refund option. Since I couldn’t edit it, I canceled to reopen it—but the system blocked me. Support said canceled returns can't be reopened, and the site gave no warning. Both the seller and eBay are acting fraudulently, and I feel scammed and stuck with the wrong item.
