  E-Bay description states seller is in South El Monte, California; I am in northern California. I placed my order and 3 days later the seller advises me their shipper won't ship to my address. I get USPS, FedEx, and UPS deliveries to my address regularly with no problems. The order is canceled and refunded. The e-mail I received from the seller has an E-Bay item description embedded in it and that description reveals the seller is in shenzhen, Guangdong. Deceptive.
